Precautions for Molding Operation of Molding Machine

① In the steam pressure choice, we should consider beads kinds, specification, model structure and the steam’s introduction way into mould.

② Based on mould’s structure characteristics,we choose proper material feeding way. The non-full filling easily leads to insufficient molding defect. The excessive filling will increase model’s density gradient.

③ We should control steam’s heating energy well. The overheated air will make beads expand quickly in the gas plug area and hinders the steam diffuse inwards. It is best to adopt the micro overheating steam. And it penetrates into beads in the dry state.

④ The proper steaming time. The long steaming time will lead to model’s heavier shrinkage in the cooling process.

⑤ After model molding, it will cool until the model’s inner temperature is cold enough. It can demould. Otherwise, the expansion pressure in the interior of model will lead to model’s expansion and deformation.
