Process of rolling mill side brick groove casted by LFC

Xingtai Roll originally used sand mould casting method to produce brick groove. The process has many problems such as low production efficiency, high labor intensity of workers, poor working environment and so on. With the rapid development of LFC process in China, this process requires no mold taking, no sand core, and has a high precision. Compared with traditional sand mold casting, it greatly reduces post processing. Therefore, Xingtai Roll introduces Ruiou LFC production line to produce brick groove with LFC process.
