Lost foam casting-The electric steam pre-foaming machine

The working principle of the electric steam pre-expander is quite different from that of the steam pre-expander (the electric steam pre-expander is an upgraded and improved version of the steam pre-expander). The electric steam pre-expander mainly heats the cylinder through the electric heating wire on the surface of the cylinder. The heating power is controlled by a frequency converter to control the temperature of the cylinder. As there is no steam (only a small amount of steam enters during heating), the humidity inside the barrel is very low. The pre-expanded material can be directly used after a short period of maturation, achieving on-demand expansion and avoiding waste. Due to the adoption of electric control frequency conversion power control technology, the pre-expansion density is more stable.

The parameters setting

The material feeding time: it means the time that the raw material is inhaled into temporary material storage tank on the equipment from the material discharging warehouse. The time is regulated automatically based on material pre-foaming requirement. It is generally within7-10s.

The material feeding time: it means the time of material feeding to the pre-foaming machine’s pre-foaming chamber from material storage tank. By adjusting the time, we can adjust foaming material amount every time.

The pre-foaming time: it means the specified temperature of heating material barrel temperature before material adding, under the control of temperature control meter.

The heating time: the heating time is the specified temperature of material barrel temperature under the control of temperature control meter. Because the elevation height and environmental temperature change greatly, the general temperature varies within 200-350s.

The preheating and air exhaust: because the temperature rises and pressure increases in the barrel after preheating, the purpose of air exhaust is to release the barrel’s pressure and to avoid the regurgitation phenomenon in the material feeding process.,

The stabilization time: it means the natural stabilization process with stirring in the stirring barrel instead of heating after heating.

The decompression time: it means the time to open air discharging valve after stabilization.

The material discharging time: it means the time. Opening the material discharging valve, the material feeding fan extracts and conveys the pre-foamed material in the pre-foaming machine to the curing warehouse.

    Electric steam pre-foaming machine:

 The electric steam pre-foaming machine combines the double heating ways of steam pre-foaming machine and electric pre-foaming machine. It can guarantee barrel temperature and air temperature in the barrel within the pre-set temperature. When the barrel temperature is lower than specified temperature, the electric control frequency conversion heating device will adjust the power automatically and heats properly. When the barrel temperature is lower than the set temperature, the steam pneumatic valve will open and fill with proper steam to guarantee air temperature in the inner part. By efficient control of dual temperature, the heated temperature is more stable.
