Main characteristics:

1. The equipment adopts PLC Programmable Logistic Controller and touch screen to control equipment’s automatically circular procedures:opening mould, closing mould, material feeding, heating, temperature maintenance, wind cooling, demould and product ejection and so on.

2. It sets high pressure air blower to extract wind and material. It adopts “penetrating ” principle to finalize. The cooling adopts “circular convection”--wind cooling. The moisture content rate is low and production efficiency is high.

3. It adopts qualified steel to weld into form by heat treatment.The machine strength is high and can bear high density product’s expansion  ability without deformation.

4. It adopts advanced mask-making process to fit for the production of high density foam plastic plate and to guarantee interior and exterior consistency.

5. The mould adopts specially-made aluminum alloy plate. The heat conduction efficiency is high; the tensile strength is good and life is long.
