The main function:

(1) Function：cooling、elevation，spiral vibration transportation.

(2) The cooling way：wind cooling to guarantee model sand’s cooling temperature.

(3) The molding sand reduces temperature from 150℃to lower than50℃.

(4) Elevation: the equipment has elevation function. In the sand processing line, it can save one chain elevator.

(5)The area covered:this equipment covers a small area and saves space. It is applicable to small scale of production line.
