The Sand Process System
The sand process system is the very important production link of the whole lost foam casting process. The design is different according to the sand processing quantity. It is mainly make the used sand for cycling use through screening、dust removal、magnetic separation、cooling and storage. This system cooling sped is fast; dust removal efficiency is high; the noise is low and environment protection. There is temperature control in every node. And it can control sand temperature is too high, it can automatically slow sand outlet speed to guarantee sand temperature in the sand filling process. So the next process will go on successfully.

The sand processing system: the sand processing equipment is one of the main procedures for lost foam casting. The recycle use of old sand is not only the key step of stabilizing the casting sand quality, but also the important guarantee of improving production efficiency.
1) Sieve the large particles of impurities, iron piece , coating and dust of less than 50 meshes.
2) By the magnetic separator, it removes the iron beads in the molding sand.
