Whirlwind Type Dust Remover

After airflow with dust enters into dust removal machine by tangent line direction from entrance, it does the rotation motion from upper part to lower part along the machine wall. This airflow rotating downwards is called outside vortex flow. After vortex flow reaches the cone’s bottom part and rotates upwards along axis center. At last, it is discharged by discharging pipe. This airflow rotating upwards is called inner vortex flow.The rotation direction of inner vortex flow and outside vortex flow is same. When the air with dust does the rotation motion, the dust particle moves to outside wall under the pushing force of inertial centrifugal force. After reaching the external wall, the dust falls into dust bucket along wall surface under the dual roles of air particle and gravity.

The main function: it is generally used for large particle (＞10μm) case. When the dust content is high, it can be taken as preliminary treatment. It can be used in the series connection way.
