In the lost foam casting process, it has higher requirement on vibration table, which is the main equipment of lost foam casting process with the increase of casting’s kinds and complex degree. Especially, the casting structure sets horizontal blind hole and concave groove.The molding sand filling of vertical concave groove can’t complete vibration direction change in the vibration process due to single vibration direction of vibration table.It can’t meet molding sand filling performance of these structures.


Product Description

The embrace-clamp type vibration table vibrates sandbox in the suspension state by embracing sandbox.It controls all vibration engine’s eccentric blocks and phase angle change by PLC to complete all vibration direction changes. The vibration frequency and vibration amplitude can be regulated. This vibration table equips with sensors. By gravity sensor control, it can also control sand adding speed and regulate shocking force & vibration amplitude.

After we introduce the vibration table, we tell a story to you. In our production field, we give the customer turn-key project and guarantee the quality. But after some time, the customers tell us that your vibration table power is too small to compact it. We recalculate our equipment. We find that there is no problem for our vibration table. Because the products in every production field are different, sandbox is different and vibration table is different, the vibration table in every production field is also different. Therefore, every vibration table is custom-made. Therefore, we send technicians to deal with it in the production field. We find that the customer adds two shocking engines. The customer shortens the vibration time. So it results in no compaction. There is a wrong recognition for most people:the larger the shocking engine is, the larger the shocking force is and better the vibration effect is. It is not correct. Every one knows vibration engine has vibration role and conveying function. For the vibration, the shocking force should be controlled in about 1.5. If the shocking force is too large, it won’t compact sand and it will scatter the sand.
