Product Structure:

The movable vibration table is mainly composed of clamping unit, vibration unit, rubber spring combination, wheel unit and so on.

Product Performance and Characteristics:

1. Cylinder clamping sand box to send excitation force to the sand box to the maximum;

2. It has the function of frequency conversion to adjust vibration force, and is used to vibrate with different structures and thin pieces.

3. Three dimensional vibration, good compaction effect, high production efficiency.

4. Vibration frequency controlled by frequency converter, simple operation and easy maintenance.

5. The equipment is controlled by PLC program, which can control sand feeding and vibration time, and adjust the exciting force by adjusting the frequency.

6. Because of its movability, it can switch between inside and outside the production line, and it can also be applied to semi-automatic production lines, switching between sand feeding and pouring sections.
